1. What is a wax injection machine?

2. Working principle
(1) Melting wax material: Heating solid wax (such as paraffin, beeswax, synthetic wax, etc.) to a liquid state.

(2) Pressure injection: Injecting liquid wax into a metal mold through air pressure or plunger to fill the cavity.

(3) Cooling demolding: After the wax material solidifies, open the mold and remove the wax mold for subsequent processes such as shell making, dewaxing, and casting.

3. Main types
(1) Manual wax injection machine: easy to operate, suitable for small batch production, relying on manual control of pressure and temperature.
