1.Structural composition
Wax storage bucket: Generally made of stainless steel material, it is used to store wax materials. For example, the wax cylinder volume of the MDYL-120 low-temperature wax injection molding machine is 120L, which can store a large amount of wax materials and is convenient for manufacturing large models.
Mixing system: composed of a motor, a mixing shaft, and a mixing blade. For example, the MDYL-120 type has a mixing speed of 860r/min, which can fully stir the wax material and make it more uniform.
Pneumatic system: including air compressor, air pressure pipeline, etc. Its function is to provide suitable injection pressure to the wax storage tank, ensuring smooth wax transportation and injection. The injection pressure of MDYL-120 type wax is 0.4MPa.
Electric heating temperature control system: composed of electric heating rods, temperature sensors, temperature controllers, etc., it can provide suitable temperature and heat to the wax material, so that the wax material is always in a suitable softening state. 2.Working principle
       After the device is started, the electric heating rod heats the water in the insulation tank. The hot water melts the wax material in the wax paste mixing tank, and the driving motor drives the mixer to rotate, causing the wax material to quickly melt and have a uniform density. The temperature sensor feeds back the temperature signal to the thermostat, which controls the operation of the electric heating rod to maintain a constant temperature. Turn on the air compressor to pressurize the wax paste mixing tank, creating a high-pressure state. Then, the melted wax material is injected from the wax injection port through the pressure and injected into the mold through the wax injection gun.
3.Characteristics
Accurate pressure and temperature control: equipped with pressure control device and heating control device, it can automatically adjust the pressure and temperature of the wax cylinder, so that the mold material is always in an ideal state, making it easy to produce high-quality models.
