1、 Working principle
Taking a wax paste preparation device for investment casting as an example, qualified liquid wax is transported to a stainless steel barrel, and the wax scraping power device and stirring power device are activated. At the same time, the inlet three-way valve and outlet three-way valve of cold/hot water are switched to cold water to cool the wall of the stainless steel barrel. The rotating wax scraper continuously scrapes out the cooled wax paste along the inner wall of the stainless steel bucket under the action of the compression spring.
When the temperature measuring element detects that the temperature of the wax paste reaches the set temperature, the stirring power device switches to rapid stirring, and the inlet three-way valve and outlet three-way valve of the cold/hot water switch to constant temperature hot water. The wax scraping power device and stirring power device continue to operate, making the temperature and grain size of the wax paste more uniform and refined. At the set time, the wax scraping device and stirring device stop, completing the preparation of qualified wax paste.
2、 Main features
1. Accurate temperature control: The precision casting equipment's paste making machine is equipped with a high-precision temperature detection and control system, which can control the temperature of the wax paste within a small fluctuation range, ensuring the stable performance of the wax paste and thus ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the wax mold.
2. Good mixing effect: Different types of mixing structures, such as the shear surface design of the agitator and the composite movement of the column, can fully mix the wax material, make the texture of the wax paste more uniform and delicate, reduce bubbles and impurities in the wax paste, and help improve the quality of the wax mold.
3. High degree of automation: Some paste making machines are controlled by PLC, which can achieve a series of operations such as automatic batching, mixing, cooling, and insulation, reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency and product quality consistency, while also reducing the labor intensity of operators.
