1、 Structural characteristics
Dual station fixture: such as a water soluble wax automatic wax injection device for jewelry production, equipped with two pairs of fixed seats and fixture base plates, which can simultaneously clamp two molds. When wax is injected into one mold, the other mold can be loaded and unloaded to improve work efficiency. The fixture fixes the mold with screws and clamps to ensure the stability of the mold position during wax injection.
Heating and insulation system: Taking the water-soluble core wax press as an example, a heating plate, such as an aluminum casting electric heating plate, is installed on the lower mold mounting plate to heat and insulate the mold, preventing defects such as collapse and cracks caused by rapid cooling of the wax parts. The wax conveying pipe includes a corrugated pipe, an outer pipe, a thermal insulation layer, and an inner pipe in sequence from the outside to the inside. The outer side of the inner pipe is also wrapped with resistance wire, which can reheat and insulate the wax material to ensure its fluidity. A heating ring is installed between the wax injection port and the wax injection tube to prevent the wax liquid from solidifying and blocking at the wax injection port.
Precise positioning device: Some water-soluble wax injection machines are equipped with components such as insertion rods, stoppers, and springs, which can limit the position of the fixture base plate and prevent the mold from deviating from the wax injection machine during the wax injection process, resulting in wax injection deviation.
2、 Working principle
Firstly, place the mold on the fixture base plate, and move the clamp plate by rotating the screw to clamp and fix the mold on the fixture. Then, the water-soluble wax in the wax storage tank of the wax injection machine is kept in a molten state under the action of the heating device. The wax liquid is pressurized and pushed out through a power device such as a hydraulic cylinder, transported to the wax injection port through a wax conveying pipe, and then injected into the mold cavity through the wax injection port. During the wax injection process, a heating and insulation system can be used to maintain the temperature stability of the mold and wax material. After the wax injection is completed, release the fixture and remove the wax mold to proceed with the subsequent process.
