The integrated wax injection machine is a key equipment used for low-temperature wax mold forming in the investment casting industry. It can integrate the two processes of wax mixing and injection into one. The following will introduce its structural composition, working principle, characteristics, and application scenarios:
1、 Structural composition
Wax storage bucket: usually made of stainless steel material, used for storing wax materials, with a large capacity. For example, the wax cylinder capacity of the MDYL-120 low-temperature wax injection molding machine can reach 120L, which can meet the needs of mass production.
Mixing system: composed of a driving motor, mixing shaft, and mixing blades, etc., the mixing speed can generally reach several hundred revolutions per minute. For example, the mixing speed of MDYL-120 type is 860r/min, which can fully mix the wax material evenly.
Heating system: including electric heating elements, temperature sensors, and temperature controllers, it can heat the wax material and accurately control the temperature to ensure that the wax material is always in a suitable softening state. The temperature control range is usually between 30-80 ℃.
Pneumatic system: mainly composed of an air pump, an air storage tank, various valves and pipelines, etc., used to provide suitable injection pressure to the wax storage tank, ensuring smooth wax transportation and injection. The general injection pressure can reach 0.4 MPa.
Wax conveying and injection device: including wax conveying tube and wax injection gun, its function is to transport and inject the wax material uniformly stirred and at a suitable temperature in the wax storage tank into the mold, so that the wax material can eventually form the required model.
2、 Working principle
Preparation of wax material: Crush solid wax material into small pieces or wax chips, and add them into the wax storage tank through the feeding port.
Heating and melting: Start the heating system and use electric heating elements to heat the wax material in the wax storage tank, gradually melting the wax material.
Stirring and mixing: When the wax material melts to a certain degree, the stirring system is started, and the driving motor drives the stirring shaft and blades to rotate, stirring the wax material to evenly distribute its temperature. At the same time, various components in the wax material are fully mixed to form a uniform wax paste.
Wax injection molding: After the mixing is completed, the pneumatic system starts working. The air pump delivers compressed air to the wax storage tank, causing the wax material in the tank to flow through the wax delivery tube to the wax injection gun under pressure. The operator holds the wax injection gun and injects the wax material into the mold cavity. After the wax material cools and solidifies, the desired wax mold can be obtained.
3、 Characteristics

Accurate temperature and pressure control: Equipped with advanced temperature and pressure control devices, it can accurately adjust the temperature and pressure inside the wax cylinder, ensuring that the wax material is always in an ideal working state, which is conducive to producing wax molds with high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality.
Easy to operate: It usually has a user-friendly interface, with reasonable layout of buttons and control switches. Operators can master the operation methods proficiently after simple training. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with safety protection devices, such as overload protection, leakage protection, etc., to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
