Low temperature wax dewaxing kettle is a device used to remove wax from low-temperature wax mold shells, mainly applied in industries such as precision casting. The following is a detailed introduction about the low-temperature wax dewaxing kettle:
1、 Structural composition
Cauldron body: usually composed of an inner pot and an outer pot. The inner liner material is generally 304 stainless steel, used to place the mold shell, and the outer liner is made of high-quality carbon structural steel, which can be used as a steam generator. Double layer insulation material is filled between the inner and outer bile ducts to reduce heat loss. There are also wax conveying pipelines, steam conveying pipelines, drainage pipelines, etc. on the kettle body. The wax conveying pipelines adopt double-layer insulation pipelines, and the inner layer and parts in contact with the wax liquid are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel material.
Kettle door mechanism: It often adopts a mechanical quick opening door structure, with a cylinder as the executing element, to achieve manual opening/closing. The kettle door is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism. When the pressure inside the kettle has not returned to zero, external force cannot open the kettle door; When the door is not closed properly, steam cannot enter the inner chamber working room, and the steam valve and wax discharge valve on the furnace body and kettle body are interlocked with the programmable controller for automatic programming.
Control system: Advanced control systems such as Siemens are generally used to achieve precise control of the dewaxing process, including setting and monitoring parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time. The equipment is also equipped with data curve parameters, which can monitor the entire working status in real time and support the download and analysis of process data.
Automatic water replenishment device: mainly composed of water pump, water storage tank, liquid level control system, etc. The water pump adopts stainless steel high-pressure water pump, and the water storage tank adopts stainless steel material, which is used to automatically replenish the water in the kettle to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Transport mold shell trolley: includes a mold shell loading frame, usually made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, which is convenient for placing and removing the mold shell into and out of the dewaxing kettle.
2、 Working principle
Low temperature wax dewaxing kettle is usually integrated with an electric steam generator for use. Firstly, place the mold shell containing the low-temperature wax mold shell into the inner container of the dewaxing kettle, close the kettle door and lock it tightly. Then, the high-temperature and high-pressure steam generated by the electric steam generator enters the outer chamber and transfers heat to the mold shell through the inner chamber wall, melting the low-temperature wax in the mold shell. The melted wax liquid flows into the wax collection tank through the wax conveying pipeline. After dewaxing is completed, first remove the steam and water from the kettle, then open the kettle door and take out the dewaxed mold shell.
