1、 Working principle
Taking the fully automatic low-temperature wax injection machine as an example, when the wax pressing cylinder works upwards, the wax paste in the wax storage tank is sucked into the wax storage cylinder through the wax inlet pipe, and when the wax pressing cylinder works downwards, the wax paste in the wax storage cylinder is discharged into the mold groove through the wax conveying pipe and the wax nozzle. Then start the mold cylinder, causing the hydraulic plate to drive the mold plate to slide downwards on the hydraulic slide column, pressing the mold plate into the mold groove to form the wax paste. After the wax paste is formed, control the mold cylinder to drive the hydraulic plate to move the mold groove upward, and then push the mold groove push plate to facilitate the discharge of the wax paste formed in the mold groove.
