1、 Workflow
1. Loading: Add the molten wax material into the wax cylinder and maintain a constant temperature.
2. Mold closing: The mold is manually or automatically fixed at workstation A, and workstation B synchronously takes the mold.
3. Wax injection: The pneumatic pump injects wax material into the mold at station A, while station B can be demolded or cleaned.
4. Switching workstations: After completing wax injection, rotate or translate the mold table to exchange workstation A/B roles.
5. Loop operation: Repeat the above process to achieve continuous production.
