Baghouse Dust Collector is an efficient dry dust removal equipment that uses fiber filter bags to capture dust. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, cement, chemical, power, and food.
1、 Core structure
1. Filter bag: The core filter medium (made of materials such as polyester, PPS, PTFE, etc.) determines the filtration accuracy and temperature resistance.
2. Skeleton (cage bone): Supports the filter bag to prevent collapse, usually made of galvanized steel wire or stainless steel material.
3. Dust cleaning system: pulse blowing/mechanical vibration/back blowing, regularly cleaning the accumulated dust on the filter bag.
4. Box: Divided design (online/offline dust cleaning), including air inlet, air outlet, and ash hopper.
5. Control system: PLC automatically adjusts the cleaning frequency, differential pressure alarm, and temperature monitoring.
2、 Working principle
1. Dust containing gas enters the ash hopper, and large particles settle due to gravity.
2. The airflow rises through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag (surface filtration+deep filtration).
3. When the purified gas is discharged and the dust layer thickens, causing an increase in pressure difference, the dust cleaning system is triggered.
After cleaning, the dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through a screw conveyor or pneumatic conveying.
