The automatic wax processing machine is one of the core equipment in the investment casting (lost wax casting) production line, mainly used for the recovery, purification, regeneration and batching of wax molds, achieving efficient recycling of wax materials and reducing production costs. Suitable for precision casting, jewelry, dentistry, aerospace and other fields.
1、 Core components
1. Wax melting tank: Heat the recovered waste wax (60-90 ℃) to melt it into a liquid state.
2. Filtration system: Multi layer filter (80-200 mesh) or centrifugal separation to remove impurities (such as sand particles, mold release agent residues, etc.).
3. Dehydration and degassing device: Vacuum or heat evaporates water, reduces wax bubbles, and improves the purity of regenerated wax.
4. Ingredient mixing system: Add new wax, stearic acid and other modifiers in proportion to adjust the properties of the wax material (shrinkage rate, flowability).
5. PLC control system: Automatically adjust parameters such as temperature, mixing speed, vacuum degree, etc., and support formula storage.
6. Transport pump: Transport the processed wax material to the wax storage tank or wax injection machine to achieve continuous production.
2、 Workflow
1. Waste wax input: Recycled wax molds and pouring system waste are placed in the wax melting tank.
2. Melt filtration: Heat to a liquid state and remove solid impurities through a filter screen.
3. Dehydration and degassing: Remove water and bubbles in a vacuum environment (-0.08~-0.1 MPa).
4. Ingredient adjustment: Add new wax or additives and mix evenly (stirring speed 20-50 RPM).
5. Output storage: The purified wax material is pumped into an insulated storage tank for use by the wax injection machine.
