The inclined tower vibration shell machine may be a special type of vibration shell machine, and there is currently no clear and unified definition and standard description. Based on the general working principle and structural characteristics of the vibration shell machine, it is speculated that the inclined tower vibration shell machine may have the following characteristics:
1. Structural design
It may adopt a structural layout similar to a tilted tower, such as vibrating components or aggregate mechanisms in a tilted state. This design may help to better separate and drop the mold shell during vibration, while also facilitating the collection and discharge of broken shells. If the aggregate rack of some vibrating shell machines is equipped with aggregate channels that run through the top and bottom, and the channels gradually taper from top to bottom, the inclined tower vibrating shell machine may further optimize the inclination angle on this basis, so that the crushed shells can fall more smoothly along the inclined channels to the discharge mechanism.
2. Working principle
Similar to ordinary vibration shell machines, the inclined tower vibration shell machine also crushes the mold shell through vibration. It is possible to use a vibration motor to drive the bracket to shatter the mold shell. The vibration motor installs a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force, thereby achieving the fragmentation of the mold shell. However, due to its special inclined structure, the inclined tower vibration shell machine may experience different directions and effects of forces on the mold shell during vibration compared to ordinary vibration shell machines, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the vibration shell.
3. Application advantages
This inclined tower structure may make the equipment more space efficient and also contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the vibrating shell. For example, the inclined structure can allow the broken shells to detach from the mold shell more quickly and fall into the collection device, reducing the accumulation of broken shells inside the equipment, thereby reducing the number of cleaning times and improving production efficiency. In addition, the inclined tower vibration shell machine may have better stability and safety, and can adapt to the vibration shell requirements of different specifications and shapes.
