1、 Core working principle
1. Filtration stage: Dust containing gas enters the filter bag chamber from the lower part of the equipment, and the dust particles are intercepted on the surface by the filter bag (such as polyester needle felt or membrane filter material). The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag and is finally discharged by the fan.
2. Dust cleaning stage: When the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag causes the resistance to reach the preset value, the PLC control system triggers the pulse valve to spray compressed air into the inside of the filter bag in high-speed pulse form.
3. Dust shedding: Pulse airflow causes the filter bag to instantly expand and vibrate, and the dust layer attached to the surface is forcibly peeled off. Then, under the action of gravity, it falls into the lower ash hopper, completing the regeneration of the filter material. The equipment can continue dust removal without stopping.
2、 Core performance characteristics
1. High dust removal efficiency: The capture efficiency of dust with a particle size of 0.3 μ m or more can reach over 99.5%, and the emission concentration can be stably below 10mg/m ³, meeting strict environmental standards.
2. Good dust cleaning effect: The pulse blowing force is concentrated and fast, which can effectively peel off the hard dust cake on the surface of the filter bag, avoid the problem of "sticking the bag", and extend the service life of the filter bag (usually 1-3 years).
3. Strong continuous operation capability: The partitioned design can achieve "online dust cleaning" (some filter bag rooms clean dust, while others filter normally) without the need for shutdown, suitable for continuous production scenarios (such as power plants and cement plants).
4. Wide adaptability: By replacing filter media (such as PPS filter media with a temperature resistance of 280 ℃ and PTFE filter media with acid and alkali resistance), it can adapt to normal temperature (<120 ℃), high temperature (<300 ℃), and corrosive flue gas scenarios.
