Single station wax injection machine is a wax mold forming equipment specialized for investment casting (lost wax casting) and jewelry manufacturing. It adopts a single working position design and is suitable for small batch, high-precision wax mold production. Its characteristics are simple operation, high stability, and suitable for injection molding of complex wax molds.
1. Equipment structure and working principle
(1) Core components
Wax material system:
Wax melting tank: electric heating or oil bath heating, temperature controllable (usually 60-120 ℃).
Insulation system: Maintain the fluidity of the wax solution to prevent solidification.
Wax injection system:
Wax injection cylinder: driven by air pressure or hydraulic pressure, with adjustable wax injection pressure (0.1~0.6MPa).
Wax nozzle: can be replaced with different diameters to meet different wax mold needs.
Control system:
PLC/microcomputer control: adjust wax injection time, pressure, temperature, and some models support multi-stage wax injection.
Mold fixing device:
Manually or pneumatically lock the mold to ensure it is tightly closed.
(2) Workflow
Molten wax: Heat solid wax blocks to a molten state and filter impurities.
Wax injection: After preheating the mold, the wax solution is injected into the mold cavity (the wax injection speed and pressure can be adjusted).
Pressure holding cooling: The wax liquid solidifies inside the mold, forming a wax mold.
Mold extraction: manually or automatically eject the wax mold for subsequent trimming or tree assembly.
