1、 Equipment features
1. The inner container of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the wax liquid is sprayed in a spiral manner on the heat dissipation cone surface to quickly evaporate the water in the liquid wax.
2. Under the indirect heating of steam, the large-area rotating blades ensure the rapid replenishment of heat energy required for evaporation, thereby ensuring stable and effective evaporation capacity on the heat dissipation cone surface.
3. The entire outer side of the equipment has a 50mm insulation layer, making it the most energy-efficient.
4. The structure is easy to clean, and the bottom of the filter tank is flat and easy to clean, making the wax clean.
5. The temperature can be accurately set at around 135 º C, with fast dehydration speed and maximum delay in wax aging.
6. Fully enclosed operation, wax vapor separation, clean on-site environment, and no wax odor.
7. This machine effectively utilizes the surplus steam from the dewaxing kettle, and after pressure reduction treatment, the steam temperature is lowered to a temperature suitable for dehydrating the wax water mixture. The comprehensive utilization of steam heat energy has a significant energy-saving and emission reduction effect.
8. After dewaxing, the wax water mixture is first subjected to cyclone separation of particulate matter, automatic water discharge, and rapid umbrella shaped film circulation heat exchange, ultimately achieving rapid evaporation of moisture in the wax water mixture.
9. The design of this machine is reasonable, the structure is compact, the footprint is small, and the operation is convenient, which has significantly improved the working environment of wax treatment.

4、 Handling and installation
When transporting equipment, it should not be excessively tilted, and there should be no impact or violent vibration. The machine is installed without feet, requiring a flat ground and stable center of gravity.
5、 Equipment usage
After the installation of the equipment is completed and before formal use, a ventilation test should be conducted to check whether the airtightness of each connection is good. Only after all inspections are good can it be put into use.    
2. Before using the equipment, first ventilate and preheat for 10-20 minutes.   
3. Regularly open the drainage flange to clean the impurities at the bottom of the wax bucket annually.
